Marguerite E. Peaslee Elementary School
A Vibrant Student Centered Learning Community

Dear Peaslee Families,

We are incredibly proud of our students in Grades 3–5 for the resilience, focus, and perseverance they demonstrated throughout MCAS testing. Students approached each day with determination and a positive mindset, and our teachers and staff have been impressed by their effort, and perseverance. Grade 5 students completed our final day
of testing with today's Science and Technology assessment, followed by any remaining make-ups. We look forward to celebrating the hard work of all three grades with a special treat in the coming weeks!

This is a very busy time of the year for events and celebrations! Please be sure to mark your calendar for Summerfest on
May 29th. This free end-of-year celebration is hosted by the PTO and is a wonderful opportunity for students and families to come together and celebrate another successful school year. Thank you to Mrs. Lorissa Smulan, Mrs. Laura Wyrsch, the PTO Board, and all parent volunteers for planning what is sure to be a fun and memorable event. Be sure to stop by the BOGO Free Book Fair as well!

We are looking for volunteers to help make our end-of-year events a success! Please sign up through the SignUpGenius for each event or reach out directly if you are interested in helping. Volunteering is a wonderful way to get involved, support our school community, and help create memorable experiences for our students. Your time and support are truly appreciated!

See you soon,
Dr. Mary Coakley
